While you were out....

Athena is in Nashville attending a conference for work.
(I'm sorry, this was just too easy. I promise NEVER to do it again.)

Oh my gosh, did you notice that there were seven * before and only six * after?

Tell her she can go visit some toilet cousins if she gets bored!

I love it the OCD is going to kick in and she will take the red eye flight home just to fix her drawer. Or it will bug her the entire week.

Oh my! I thought you organized her drawer. I would be furious if I came home to a messed up drawer.

Muriel, you have this defective gene as well?

I can't tell about cuz2u. Probably not because you made fun of it.

Come on Eris, show everyone your notecards that you made yesterday. I dare you.

OH. . . MY . . . GOD!!!!

YOU ARE IN SOOOOO MUCH TROUBLE!

Yes, I still love you, snotbag!

FYI - my roomy Jodi is getting a kick out of this! I won't comment on her drawers!

My notecards are amazing - and my class loved them. Athena wanted to know why they weren't in alphabetical order... it was bugging me too, but sometimes that's the way the categories line up.

I'm sure you will find a way to alphabetize them within those cute little color categories. Or maybe you can alphabetize the colors. Or categorize them by how many cards are in each one. Oh, there is just no end to the pleasures of OCD.

That's so funny. I recently cataloged our library of books. I tried to alphabetize them on the book case, but it bugged me because it wasn't aesthetically pleasing so I have different spreadsheets of all the books alphabetized by genre, alphabetized by title and then alphabetized by author's last name.

Before my iPod addicition I had an Excel spreadsheet of all my CD's.

Movies MUST be in order too!

Muriel said...

Oh, without question on all of those.

I can set you all up with shrinks. Maybe you can get a group discount. There are pills to treat this.

All my clothes in my closet are organized summer vs winter and then by color. And my grass is even worse the lines are all symetrical and I mow a different way each time so I can have the baseball diamond affect.

Oh, the children, the children. Is there any hope for the children?

Muriel said...

Nope. Mitchell once lined up all his pennies by the year. Oldest to newest.

Eris said...

My notecards were in chronological order inside their respective colors. Everything should be alphabetical AND facing the same direction: money, CDs, DVDs, everything!

And I think we are all evidence of the fact that no, the children will NOT be ok.

It's so comforting to know that there is a explanation for my madness. There's a reason we do genealogy, so many more things now make sense to me.
